We are in Bariloche Patagonia

first photo in Bariloche - wind is icy and exhilarating

We have just arrived in Bariloche after almost 19 hours on the bus.  The temperatures are drastically low with a wind that penetrates to the bone; but the scenery more than makes up for the cold.  It reminds us so much of Canada that we already feel at home.  The next few days are going to be jam-packed with exploring and taking loads of photos.  Right now we are exhausted, so we’ve had supper (very, very early for Argentinean time) and we’ve also managed to find the cosiest hosteria with a comfortable room that looks like the interior of a log cabin….so keep an eye out for the photos…until soon x
