A Quilmes a Day Keeps the Doctor Away

Quilmes (pronounced kilmes) is one of Argentina’s local beers.  A light brew and a reasonably priced beer to be enjoyed with any meal.  We’ve been very fortunate so far, the weather has been fantastic, lots of sunshine – the odd cloudy day and a refreshing shower now and then – giving us the perfect excuse to partake in the local customs by drinking local beer.

  1. Thank goodness you are on the move all the time – all this food and beer could do nasty things to your waistline!!!
