Port Alfred

Having gone to bed after 1am on Wednesday night it was a rather spur of the moment decision to drive through to Port Alfred on Thursday mid morning.  I don’t think we anticipated how far 150km is when you are tired and hungry.

My hubby bought me a new camera for our trip to South America.  He has competition now.  This picture is my first attempt at trying to capture interesting angles and scenery.

  1. nice photo, what is that?
some metalic wheel, part of a ship?

  2. I see from your picture you have a Canon PowerShot SX200 IS – I love my Canon so I am sure you will do well with yours. Enjoy the journey!

  3. Thank you, not too sure actually. It looked like an axle, made from metal and evidently had been there for ages, hence all the plant growth.

  4. This is a beautiful photo. Well done Francis! Your blog is awesome.
